Working notes. Building this site with AI has made the division of labour clearer. AI can accelerate drafts, surface options, and help test an implementation. It cannot decide what the work should mean, which compromise fits the brand, or when a technically valid answer is the wrong editorial choice.
For now, I am treating the process as a practice in direction: make something, inspect it, question what feels generic, and revise. The useful part is not simply that AI can help build a website. Each iteration makes the human decisions more visible.
